As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking Technicians in our Chemical Laboratory to support sample preparation.

Responsibilities

- Execute Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, ensuring accuracy and a high quality of work.

- Perform sample preparation: sorting, labeling, digestion, extraction, and dilutions according to method-specified procedures.

- Accurately prepare analytical standards at specified solution concentrations.

- Calculate dilution factors to achieve targeted solution concentrations.

- Ensure no cross contamination/mislabeling between samples and other materials.

- Maintain transparent and accurate records of all pre-processing activities,



including data entry and the management of logs and reports.

- Keep work area clean, neat and organized.

- Execute assigned tasks under the guidance of Supervisor.

Qualifications

- High School Education at minimum.

College

Diploma in chemical technology field preferred.

- Fine motor skills with ability to operate simple scientific equipment such as analytical balances, mechanical pipettes/syringes, and measurement tools.

- Excellent attention to accuracy, especially for repetitive tasks.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Able to lift and carry up to 20 Kg (44 lbs).

Pay: From $18.60 per hour
