We are seeking a energetic and highly skilled Chief Engineer to lead our engineering operations and drive excellence across our manufacturing and industrial maintenance facilities. Duties

- Lead and oversee all engineering activities related to manufacturing processes, maintenance operations, and facility management.
- Manage and coordinate project management initiatives to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety standards.
- Supervise technical teams responsible for electrical systems, mechanical equipment, HVAC units, and low voltage systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to optimize asset performance.
- Review schematics, technical drawings, and system layouts to troubleshoot issues effectively and plan upgrades or repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards by conducting regular inspections and safety audits.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan upgrades involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, and industrial automation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, system modifications, and project progress for transparency and continuous improvement.

Skills

- Strong management skills with proven experience supervising diverse technical teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Excellent project management capabilities to lead multiple initiatives from planning through execution while meeting deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial maintenance practices, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and electrical diagrams; familiarity with PLC programming is a plus.
- Experience with CMMS software for scheduling maintenance tasks and tracking asset history.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, low voltage electrical systems, and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
