- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that support each child's unique needs
- Monitor behavior and intervene appropriately using positive reinforcement techniques to foster respectful interactions
- Assist with educational activities and teaching strategies that enhance learning experiences for children of all abilities




- Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities, progress notes, and incident reports to ensure clear communication and accountability
- Foster a supportive environment that promotes emotional well-being, self-esteem, and resilience among children and youth

Requirements

- Experience working with children in educational, recreational, or care settings
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of teaching methods and behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members
- Ability to remain energetic, patient, and adaptable in dynamic situations
- Certification or training in child development or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
- A genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of children and youth in a caring manner
