- Analyze and document business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance Clarity PPM solutions.
- Develop and maintain GEL scripts, SQL queries, query-based portlets, and data extracts.
- Work with Clarity functionality covering Projects, Resources, Financials, and associated reporting/data structures.
- Collaborate with the PPM team and key stakeholders to develop technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing and ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
- Support QA and UAT teams, analyze defects, and provide timely fixes.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support for user-reported problems.
- Participate in impact assessments involving Clarity configurations, custom objects, reports, data, and integrations.
- Develop or support integrations using Clarity APIs where applicable. Broadcom documents public Clarity REST APIs for integrating Clarity, building interfaces,



and moving data into and out of Clarity.

Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years hands-on Clarity PPM development
- Solid GEL scripting
- Strong SQL development and troubleshooting
- Complex query-based portlet and extract development
- Good understanding of:

o Project Management o Resource Management o Financial Management o Clarity reporting/data

- Experience in requirements analysis, development, unit testing, QA/UAT support, and defect resolution.

Preferred Skills

- Clarity REST API/integration experience
- XOG and integration knowledge
- Experience with custom objects, processes/workflows, lookups, portlets, and configuration
- Production support and root-cause analysis experience
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
