We are currently looking for experienced and safety-focused Class 1 Truck Drivers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Operate Class 1 commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Perform local, regional, and/or long-haul freight deliveries as assigned.
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload freight.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Complete required logbooks, trip inspections, delivery documents, and other paperwork accurately.
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and protected during transportation.
- Follow all applicable Alberta and Canadian transportation laws and regulations.
- Maintain communication with dispatch regarding pickup, delivery, delays, and other operational matters.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers, shippers, receivers, and other parties.
- Report vehicle defects, maintenance issues, incidents, and other concerns promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned truck and equipment.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist with other transportation-related duties as required.

Requirements

- Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence with a clean or satisfactory driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial trucking experience preferred.
- Experience with highway, regional, or local freight transportation is an asset.
- Solid knowledge of safe driving practices and cargo securement.




- Ability to complete and maintain accurate daily logs and required documentation.
- Ability to safely perform vehicle inspections and identify mechanical or safety concerns.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight trips when required.
- Physically capable of performing duties associated with loading/unloading and freight handling when required.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
