Class 1 Fuel Delivery Driver - Yorkton, SK

DMM Energy is hiring a safety-focused Class 1 Fuel Delivery Driver to work from our Yorkton location. In this role, you will safely load, transport, and deliver ESSO fuel products to customers throughout our Yorkton service region.

This is a field-based position for a professional driver who takes pride in safe driving, accurate delivery documentation, reliable customer service, and the responsible handling of regulated products. You will work independently on assigned routes while remaining connected with the Regional Manager and Logistics team.

What you’ll do

- Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and daily equipment inspections for the assigned vehicle and report defects or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Safely load, transport, and offload fuel products at customer locations, farms, commercial sites, rail locations, and DMM terminals, following established delivery and safety procedures.
- Follow all applicable National Safety Code requirements, transportation rules, company policies, site procedures, and safe-work practices.
- Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment while performing driving, loading, unloading, and customer-site duties.
- Verify delivery details, complete bills of lading and other required paperwork, and submit daily delivery documentation to the Logistics team.
- Provide professional, respectful service at every customer site and communicate customer feedback, delivery concerns, or potential business leads to the Regional Manager.
- Report incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, spills, equipment damage, or other safety concerns immediately and cooperate in any follow-up investigation.
- Coordinate respectfully with site contacts, internal teams, and approved contractors when maintenance or installation work is occurring.
- Attend required safety meetings, operational meetings, and training.




- Work a schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, split shifts, overtime, and seasonal operational demands.
- Perform other related duties that support safe and reliable operations at the Yorkton location.

What you bring

- Valid Class 1 SK driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle assigned to this position.
- Valid air-brake endorsement, where required for the assigned equipment.
- Current Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification, or the ability to obtain and maintain it as a condition of employment.
- A safe driving record and a demonstrated commitment to secure work practices.
- Experience operating commercial vehicles, completing vehicle inspections, and working independently on scheduled routes.
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions and safely lift or handle items up to 50 lb.
- Strong communication skills, dependable attendance, and a professional approach with customers and coworkers.
- Completion of secondary school and formal commercial-driver training are assets; job-specific training will be provided.

Working conditions This position is based out of Yorkton and involves regular local and regional travel. Drivers spend extended periods operating commercial vehicles and perform work outdoors in daylight, nighttime, and changing weather conditions. Weekend, overtime, and variable-shift work may be required based on customer and operational needs.

Pay: $27.50-$29.50 per hour
