Responsibilities

- Operate various equipment boom trucks, and cranes to pick, move, and transport safely and accurately.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while rigging loads and handling heavy materials to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments, verifying inventory accuracy against shipping documents.
- Maintain clear records of movements,



equipment usage, and safety inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate dispatch fulfillment.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in construction and oilfield is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively within a team and with supervisors.
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Experience with rigging procedures and crane operation preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and customer service excellence.
