Exterior Cleaning Technician — Window, Gutter and Siding (Full-Time)
Homex Cleaning is hiring a full time exterior cleaning technician. We clean windows, gutters and siding for homeowners. Work is outdoors, physical and hands-on.
What you'll do
- Clean exterior and interior windows on residential homes
- Clear and flush gutters
- Soft-wash and scrub siding
- Set up and work safely from ladders
- Talk to homeowners and leave every job tidy
What we need:
- Comfortable working at height on ladders
- Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet all day
- Valid driver's licence is required.
- Reliable, on time, shows up
- No experience required — we train
What you get:
- $25-$30 per hour depending on experience
- Full-time hours through the season
- Year-round work if you want it — you have the option to switch to snow removal over the winter and stay on with us instead of being laid off for the season
