Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Working Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations at one commercial facility.This is a working supervisor position. You will work alongside the cleaning team while ensuring daily cleaning standards, staff performance, and client expectations are consistently met.Responsibilities

- Supervise and work alongside the cleaning team.
- Complete daily cleaning duties as required.
- Inspect all areas of the facility and ensure the cleaning scope is completed.
- Assign and prioritize duties for cleaning staff.
- Train, coach, and support employees.
- Address cleaning deficiencies immediately and follow up to ensure they are corrected.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff performance.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Communicate concerns or client requests to management.
- Complete inspection reports and required documentation.




- Maintain a qualified relationship with the client and cleaning team.

Qualifications

- Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
- Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleaning deficiencies.
- Reliable, organized, and able to take initiative.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable performing hands-on cleaning duties.
- Able to work independently and manage a cleaning team.
- Must be available Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes ownership of their site, and can lead a team while maintaining high cleaning standards. Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
