If you take pride in finishing work thoroughly, can adapt without stress, and don’t need constant supervision, you’ll likely do very well here.

If you dislike routines, get easily flustered by change, or prefer loose expectations, this role will not be a good fit.

What the Job Involves

- Deliver high-quality residential cleaning using established checklists and systems
- Adjust calmly when schedules or client needs change during the day
- Maintain quality and standards even when plans shift
- Manage your time efficiently across multiple homes
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Travel between job sites using your own vehicle
- Assist with light laundry or hospitality-style tasks when required
- What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent work habits
- Strong attention to detail and respect for standards
- Ability to think on your feet without rushing or cutting corners
- Comfortable following systems and instructions
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.



Cleaning experience is an asset, but reliability and follow-through matter more.
- What We Offer
- Pay: $20–$24 per hour
