We are seeking a Dependable, loving Cleaning Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for providing top notch cleaning service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Understand each clients needs and expectations
- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming and cleaning floors and more
- Following all policies and procedures outlined by Rae's Way
- Follow and understand scheduling and job outline
- Maintain condition of your cleaning equipment
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Report to management

Pay and Hours $17.60 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus pay.





Hours starting at 5-10 hours per week with opportunity to go to Full-time.

What We’re Looking For

Estimated start date: January 2026 or sooner.

- A friendly, dependable person with an eye for detail and passion for cleaning
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping and connecting with clients
- Must have a reliable car for travel between job sites
- Ability to work independently and communicate with clients in a warm, professional manner
- Time management and Scheduling experience is essential

Requirements Before Hire To ensure the safety and trust of our clients and team, the following are required prior to your start date

- Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) completed within the last 90 days
- Up-to-date First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Vehicle insurance
- Working cellphone with access to internet at all times.
- WHMIS certification completed within the last 12 months
