Job Summary

Located in Nepean, ON, Cross and Associates Manufacturing, a high‑precision machine shop serving aerospace, robotics, defense, and advanced technology sectors, is looking to expand our team by hiring an Afternoon/Evening CNC Machine Operator to support steady production growth.

Details:

- Permanent full-time (40 hours/week)
- Monday to Thursday
- Afternoon/Evening shift (1:30 pm to 12:30 am) - there will be 2 to 4 weeks of initial training that will take place during the day shift
- $23-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machining centres following established specifications, to produce high precision parts
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, gauges)
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure

Job Requirements:

- High-school diploma
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines and CNC lathes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high‑quality work
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently




- Reliability — showing up on time and ready to work
- Familiarity with basic measuring tools
