We’re looking for an experienced Co-Executive Producer in Post to join a large-scale, established unscripted home series in Canada, starting ASAP. You must be a resident of Canada.

We need a true Preditor and story connoisseur who is proficient in Avid—someone who can see both the big picture and the smallest story beat. This person should be equally comfortable getting into the weeds on string-outs and shaping scenes as they are leading a large post team, overseeing multiple episodes, and making fast and bold creative decisions that stay true to the series’ established brand and voice.

The ideal candidate is a strong, confident leader with exceptional story instincts who knows how to take a large volume of footage and find the clearest, most emotional and entertaining version of the story.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has significant senior-level post experience in unscripted television, ideally home/renovation or lifestyle
- Is a highly proficient Preditor with exceptional story and structural instincts
- Can work hands-on,



from string-outs and scene work through full episode cuts
- Has experience managing and mentoring a large team of editors and story producers/editors
- Can oversee multiple episodes and maintain consistency across a series
- Makes decisive, bold creative choices while protecting an established format and brand
- Thrives in a fast-paced post environment and can quickly identify and solve story problems
- Is team-oriented, communicative and comfortable working with Executive Producers who will have notes.

This is a senior creative leadership role, but we’re looking for someone who still loves getting their hands dirty in the edit and has long term experience with Avid.
