Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering diagrams.
- Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet tolerance requirements.
- Safely lift and maneuver heavy metal parts and tooling throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Trumpf press brakes is highly preferred.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read technical drawings and use calipers/micrometers.
- Physical Stamina:Must have the ability to lift heavy parts up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Safety First: Strong understanding of shop safety protocols.
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
