We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lender/Marketing Lead to join our team. As a Lender, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their loan needs, providing exceptional financial services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Provide financial guidance to customers, recommending loan products that best suit their needs.
- Collaborate with customers to explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Maintain knowledge of loan products, services, and industry regulations to effectively advise customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Conduct mortgage servicing activities including loan origination in compliance with TILA regulations.

Education And Experience
- Prior banking experience and college degree preferred. High School diploma required.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address customer inquires and concerns effectively.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational/time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision while performing duties.
- Proven experience in financial sales or financial services, preferably as a Loan Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures and best practices in the banking sector.
