Debt Control Agency Inc. (DCA) is growing, and we are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our Kelowna team as Collections Officers.

DCA’s Head Office is located in Toronto, Ontario, with branch offices in Laval, Quebec and Kelowna, British Columbia.
We are currently hiring five (5) full-time Collections Officers for our Kelowna location.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact consumers regarding overdue accounts through telephone, email, and written correspondence
- Assist consumers by discussing payment solutions in a respectful and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of account activity and communications
- Review account information and resolve issues while following established procedures
- Collaborate with internal departments to support account resolution
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable collection regulations
Qualifications
- No prior collections experience required — comprehensive paid training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, respectful, and solution-focused approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
