Nomi Clean is a locally owned and operated cleaning company serving Vancouver, the North Shore, and the Greater Vancouver area. With over 10 years of combined experience in commercial and residential cleaning, we focus on the spaces that businesses, buildings, and property teams rely on every day.
What You'll Do
Our clients span a wide range of commercial and industrial spaces, so no two shifts look exactly the same. Depending on scheduling, you may be cleaning:
- Office buildings and corporate spaces
- Retail stores and storefronts
- Coffee shops and restaurants
- Daycares and childcare facilities
- Healthcare and medical facilities
- Factories and industrial/warehouse spaces
- Strata buildings (lobbies, hallways, elevators, amenity spaces)
- Post-construction and post-renovation sites
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Cleaning to a high standard: floors, washrooms, kitchens/breakrooms, common areas, glass, and fixtures
- Traveling between multiple client job sites as scheduled
- Following site-specific cleaning checklists and protocols
- Reporting maintenance issues or supply needs
- Representing Nomi Clean professionally in client spaces
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of commercial cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation to get to and from job sites
- Available evenings (after 5:00 pm) and weekends
- Comfortable passing a criminal background check
- Strong attention to detail and a self-starter attitude
- Trustworthy and comfortable working independently in client facilities
- Comfortable using standard cleaning equipment and products
- Solid attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance record and punctuality are essential
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage is advantageous but not mandatory
