Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures to uphold a professional environment
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all areas
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently and responsibly
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance or safety issues requiring attention
- Collaborate with facilities maintenance teams to report repairs or issues needing resolution
- Adhere to health and safety regulations,



including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Qualifications

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Solid attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and use of cleaning tools and supplies is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
