Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a healthy workspace for all employees and visitors
- Monitor the condition of cleaning equipment and notify management of any repairs or replacements needed
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled or required
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any facility issues promptly
- Support overall facilities maintenance efforts by identifying potential hazards or maintenance needs during routine cleaningQualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning environments preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong understanding of facilities maintenance practices and safety standards
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety
- Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Reliable with a robust work ethic and the ability to follow instructions accurately
