How You Will Make An Impact As the Concessions Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Concessions Department during major events with administrative tasks, scheduling, supporting team members, and ‘on-the-floor’ involvement based on business needs.
As a Concessions Administrator, You Will
- Develop and maintain effective partner, client, guest, and management rapport.
- Support with scheduling across all units under the Concessions department.
- Ensure that all necessary Health & Safety requirements are maintained, organized, and followed.
- Assist the Concessions Director and Managers in department activities while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Ensure all financial records, H&S; and any relevant documents are appropriately filed.
- Monitor staffing levels and identify operational gaps requiring management attention.
- Promote employee engagement, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture.
- Support managers in coordinating activities across multiple concession locations or service areas.
- Ensure consistent adherence to established operational standards and procedures.
- Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and within established timelines.
About You
- Related experience in Concessions or hospitality environment.
- Customer focused with a friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships and work cooperatively with team members.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing work priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Availability to work an event-based schedule – including evenings,
weekends and holidays.
