We are seeking an experienced Framer to join our Construction team. In this role, you will perform residential framing work, including back framing, pocket door installation, mechanical drops, fireplace framing, and concrete forming for patios, walkways, and driveways. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically fit, and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship while working collaboratively on site.

Responsibilities

- All back framing
- Install pocket doors and frames.
- All drops for mechanical.
- All fireplace framing.
- Forming for flatwork; patios, walkways and driveways.
- Participate in a safe work culture.
- Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of Predator Ridge Resort.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Construction Manager.
- Report concerns and safety hazards to supervisor in a timely manner.





Qualifications/Skills

- Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Must have your own tools of the trade.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Physically fit for the demanding nature of the job.
- ü Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret blueprints.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work Independently
