Summary

As a General Superintendent at Accurate HD, you will oversee sewer & water and civil earthworks construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role is crucial in maintaining project timelines and budgets while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations on several construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage, develop, and train site Foremen.
- Manage site personnel and staffing including but not limited hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations and managing performance.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Work closely with Project Managers to prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports on budget, schedule, and quality control.




- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the civil construction industry, including experience with sewer & water projects, civil earthworks projects, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately.
- Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and quality control processes is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
