Construction Project Manager – Windsor, ON

A.S. Flooring & Home Renovations is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for an upcoming multi-unit residential renovation project in Windsor, Ontario.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position anticipated to begin upon contract award and confirmation of project requirements.

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day project activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure work remains on schedule.
- Coordinate site supervisors, subcontractors, licensed trades and suppliers.
- Coordinate material ordering, deliveries and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, quality and completion.
- Review project specifications, drawings and scope requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate with the owner/client as required.
- Coordinate multiple residential renovation units simultaneously.
- Ensure work complies with applicable safety, quality and project requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience is required.
- Previous experience in construction project management, site management, supervision or similar relevant roles.
- Residential, multi-unit residential, commercial renovation or occupied-building renovation experience is preferred.
- Strong experience coordinating subcontractors and construction trades.
- Strong scheduling, organization and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced renovation schedule.
- Must provide a detailed resume clearly showing relevant work experience and dates.
- Professional references may be requested to verify previous experience.
