About the Role

PeakRidge Group is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee our commercial real estate development and building projects. You'll be the industry expert on-site, managing construction progress, trades, timelines, and budgets from the ground up.

What You'll Do

- Oversee day-to-day construction operations across active commercial development projects

- Manage schedules, budgets, and timelines to keep projects on track

- Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and site staff

- Ensure work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations

- Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal authorities as needed

- Track project costs and provide regular progress updates to leadership

- Identify and resolve on-site issues, delays, or risks proactively

- Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management

- Commercial real estate development or construction experience required





- Solid working knowledge of the commercial construction industry — codes, permitting, trades, and standard project processes

- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple trades/subcontractors

- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort making on-site decisions

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Proficiency with standard project management and Microsoft Office tools
