We're building a private golf simulator lounge from bare concrete: 7 hitting bays, a bar, a bathroom and a storage closet. The space is about 25 × 98 ft with 10 ft ceilings. We need one person to watch over the whole build from start to finish and make sure it's done right, on time and on budget.

What you'll do

- Oversee the job from bare concrete to finished: framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, ceiling and finishes
- Coordinate and schedule the trades so no one is waiting on anyone else
- Check work daily against the floor plan: bay sizes, 10 ft explicit to the lowest obstruction, outlet and data locations for each bay, bar and bathroom plumbing
- Catch mistakes before they get covered up, like a duct or light hanging too low in a bay, wiring in the wrong spot, or anything that stops a full golf swing
- Help install the simulator equipment: enclosures, impact screens, projectors, ceiling-mounted launch monitors and computers
- Oversee the bar build-out: counter, sink,



and power for fridges and lighting
- Send the owner short daily photo updates and flag problems early
- Help keep materials and spending on track

What we're looking for:
- Experience running or supervising a full interior build-out or renovation, commercial or residential
- Hands-on knowledge of framing, drywall, electrical and plumbing; you know good work when you see it
- Can read a floor plan and hold trades to it
- Organized, reliable and good at communicating
- Simulator, AV, home theater or bar build experience is a big plus
- Reliable transportation
