In this critical position, you'll provide oversight throughout the contract lifecycle, facilitating negotiations, risk assessment, and compliance with internal regulations. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the Contract Management organization with strategic direction • Identify obligations and risks within tender documentation • Support sales with commercially sustainable proposals • Coach contract management professionals and promote best practices • Ensure compliance with regulations and enhance process improvement initiatives

Requirements: • University degree in Law or equivalent qualifications • Minimum seven years of relevant contractual experience • Proven record in complex contract negotiations • Expertise in risk assessment and change management • Solid communication and influencing abilities
