Reporting to the Manager of P3 Facility Operations, you will provide project management assistance and contract oversight to ensure compliance and timely service delivery. Key skills include contract management, performance analysis, and effective stakeholder communication. Excel in a healthcare setting where your contributions will improve patient experiences and support operations at multiple hospital sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct performance monitoring on facility management services • Manage Small Works and Variations processes with Project Co • Lead weekly compliance meetings with stakeholders • Analyze monthly deliverables for adherence to agreements • Liaise with users regarding facility management issues
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or health sciences • Minimum three years' experience in project or contract management • Familiarity with hospital settings and P3/AFP contracts • Robust communication and analytical skills • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
