Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive delicious, high-quality meals while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and cooking equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines and best practices for food handling to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.





Skills

- Robust knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for handling food.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
- Attention to detail, particularly in meal presentation and portion control.
- A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new techniques or cuisines.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: From $21.31 per hour
