Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs in a friendly, energetic manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and sales processing
- Conduct product demos and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Handle cashier duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and processing refunds or exchanges




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication skills and professionalism
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including managing inventory levels and performing basic math for stock counts

Experience
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and customer service standards is advantageous
- Technical sales experience or experience in product demos can enhance your effectiveness in upselling efforts
