We are looking for a part time person to work part time in our back area. The job is 1 - 3 days per week. At least 3 Saturdays per month are required. We are only open till 4 most days, with every sunday, and holiday off.

This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety—cooking hearty meals, baking fresh breads, and rolling traditional Scandinavian lefse and flatbread.

We’re a small kitchen, so we're looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable working independently and multitasking
- Passionate about food and open to learning new recipes and techniques
- Organized, clean, and attentive to detail
- Happy to pitch in wherever needed and work hard as part of a close-knit team

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare meals to order with consistency and timing
- Bake breads, sweets, and traditional Scandinavian items
- Roll lefse and flatbreads
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Monitor kitchen supplies and communicate needs

Qualifications:





- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, or café setting is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Food Safety Certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain)
