We are currently hiring for the following positions for our 2026/2027 Ski Season as well as permanent roles on the Josie team:
- First Cook ($24-$26 per hour)
- Second Cook ($22-$25 per hour)
- Prep Cook ($22-$23 per hour)
- Dishwasher ($18.50 per hour)

The Josie is presently hiring for seasonal culinary positions for the upcoming 2026/2027 Red Mountain Ski Season! Join us at the Josie!
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation in the Velvet Restaurant, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients to ensure timely meal service
- Support kitchen operations by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly
- Help with meal assembly and presentation to ensure dishes meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Food Safe and public health regulations at all times
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures to uphold sanitation standards and prevent contamination
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless food service experiences from start to finish
Requirements
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry
- FoodSafe certification is required for all culinary positions
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weight, and perform physical tasks involved in kitchen work
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and serve customers professionally
- Understanding of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food presentation standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as needed
- A proactive attitude with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and delivering excellent customer service

Pay: $18.50-$26.00 per hour
