YOUR PLAYGROUND
As a coordinator for the Little Owls, you play a key role in overseeing programs for young children and supporting the instructors in your sector. Through your positive leadership, educational approach, and organizational skills, you help ensure the quality of the programs, the development of young skiers, and the smooth running of daily operations.
Working on the ground, you support instructors in their professional development, guide families through their experience, and ensure a structured, caring, and safe environment where every child can grow with confidence, enjoyment, and pride.
Your primary mission: to create a safe, reassuring, and stimulating learning environment where young skiers, parents, and instructors enjoy a positive and memorable experience on the mountain.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSABILITIES
Under the supervision of the Ski School and Rental Team Leader, the Little Owl Program Coordinator is responsible for:
- Coordinate the smooth running of the Little Owl program and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities in your sector;
- Supervise, guide, and support the instructors in their professional development and on-site work;
- Participate in the training of new instructors and lead the training day prior to the start of the programs;
- Manage groups, changes, delays, absences, and any adjustments necessary for the smooth running of activities;
- Conduct instructor evaluations (on-snow and theoretical) as well as student evaluations;
- Ensure the safety, development, and well-being of children throughout all activities;
- Answer parents’ questions and follow up as needed to provide a reassuring and professional experience;
- Ensure compliance with educational standards, operational procedures, and safety standards;
- Collaborate with the team leader to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
