Aliments Putter's est à la recherche d'un(e) coordonnateur(trice) logistique, facturation et commandes pour se joindre à son équipe à Sainte-Sophie. Vous serez au cœur de l'action : commandes, transport et facturation, avec une vraie latitude pour améliorer nos façons de faire.

Ce que vous ferez

Prise de commandes

● Réception et validation des commandes clients (quantité, disponibilité, prix, délais)

● Saisie des commandes dans l'ERP et suivi jusqu'à la livraison complète

● Communication proactive avec les clients en cas d'anomalie ou de retard

Transport et coordination

● Planification des expéditions selon les priorités et les délais

● Sélection des transporteurs et création des documents de transport

● Suivi en temps réel des livraisons et résolution rapide des imprévus

Facturation et suivi administratif

● Génération et validation des factures liées aux commandes livrées

● Analyse des performances transporteurs et amélioration continue de la chaîne logistique

● Réponse aux questions et litiges de facturation

Ce que nous recherchons

● 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire

● Bilinguisme français-anglais

● Bonne maîtrise des outils ERP/WMS

● Sens de l'organisation, débrouillardise et capacité à travailler sous pression





● Connaissance des incoterms un atout

Logistics, Billing and Order Coordinator

Aliments Putter's is looking for a Logistics, Billing and Order Coordinator to join our team in Sainte-Sophie. You'll be at the heart of the action — orders, transportation and billing — with real room to improve how we do things.

What you'll do

Order management

● Receive and verify customer orders (quantity, availability, price,



delivery terms)

● Enter orders into the ERP and track them through to full delivery

● Proactively communicate with customers about anomalies or delays

Transportation & coordination

● Plan shipments based on priorities and deadlines

● Select carriers and prepare transportation documents

● Track deliveries in real time and resolve issues quickly

Billing & administrative follow-up

● Generate and verify invoices for delivered orders

● Analyze carrier performance and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain

● Respond to billing questions and disputes

What we're looking for

● 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

● Fluency in French and English

● Solid command of ERP/WMS tools

● Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under pressure

● Knowledge of incoterms is an asset
