Location: Strathmore, AB (Hybrid — 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a CPA-designated Manager for our Public Practice to take a lead role in our various engagements, including client’s services, assurance and taxation. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a team setting, values client service, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a growing firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, prepare, and review complex Review and Audit Engagements.
- Oversee Compilation engagements and corporate/personal tax returns.
- Review work prepared by firm associates, provide constructive feedback, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Maintain strong, trusted client relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on engagement teams.
What You Bring
- Designation: CPA designation in good standing.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a public accounting practice environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical expertise in assurance (review and audit) and ASPE, ASNPO, and PSAB standards.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with CaseWare, Profile (or similar tax software), CCH iFirm, QuickBooks, and MS Office.
- Leadership: Confidence working independently and leading engagement teams.
