Join PSPNET as a Creative Designer! Help bring evidence-based mental health resources to life through engaging visual and digital communications that reach public safety personnel and their families across Canada.

PSPNET provides free, confidential, and evidence-based online therapy to Canadian public safety personnel (PSP) as well as their spouses and significant others. Join our diverse team of English- and French-speaking clinicians, researchers, public safety personnel, and administrative staff who are located across Canada to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of our program.

What You’ll Do:

Graphic Design

Revising archived and developing current digital and printed materials in line with our visual identity and guidelines.

- Archived materials include newsletter templates, PowerPoint presentation templates, poster templates, screensavers, and outreach materials (e.g., folders, thank you cards, postcards, business cards, wallet cards, posters, flyers, infographics, banners)
- New materials may include materials to support dissemination of diverse PSP (e.g., sector, years of experience, gender, location) and newly published manuscripts.

Digital Communications Maintenance of our website as well as coordination, development, and distribution of our social media platforms in line with our visual identity and guidelines to ensure efficient and effective communication.
- Monitor and manage website errors and updated information including, but not limited to, content, staffing, courses.
- Manage the social media planner to ensure team members are assigned content responsibilities and submissions are completed in a timely manner.
- Develop graphics (e.g., posts) and media (e.g., reels, videos) in line with the provided content (from the research and/or clinical team) and visual identity and guidelines.
- Schedule posts, reels, videos, and more across various platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.




- Maintaining organizational visual identity
- Ensuring accessibility and brand consistency across all communications
- Supporting national awareness and knowledge mobilization

Analytics Monitoring, reporting, and presenting on monthly metrics from our website and across various social media platforms to the team.

Position Requirements What You’ll Bring to this Position:

- Completion of a diploma or degree in Graphic Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Interactive Design, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years developing professional communications for organizations, including digital and print design, website content management,



and social media communications. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Skills That Will Ensure Your Success in the Role:

- Social media management strategies, platform standards, and audience engagement techniques for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Graphic design and content creation software such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar platforms.
- Graphic design principles, including layout, typography, branding, accessibility, and visual communication standards.
- Organizational branding and visual identity practices to ensure consistency across digital and print materials.
- Privacy, professionalism, and appropriate use standards related to organizational communications and social media content.
