Our Yogen Früz at Hillcrest Mall is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team.

Job Summary

As a Crew Member, you will be an important part of the day-to-day success of our store. You will help create a welcoming experience for every customer while ensuring that our products, service and store meet high standards.

This is a hands-on team position. We are looking for someone who is willing to jump in wherever needed—from taking customer orders and preparing frozen yogurt, smoothies and bubble tea, to cleaning, restocking, maintaining food-safety standards and preparing the store for the next day.

The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy talking to customers, take pride in your work and understand that great service is about more than simply taking an order.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales

- Welcome customers with a friendly, positive and helpful attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Help customers understand the menu and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Create a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Proactively upsell and suggest additional products, toppings, upgrades or combinations when appropriate.




- Look for opportunities to increase sales while ensuring recommendations are genuinely helpful to the customer.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and respectfully.

Food & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve frozen yogurt, desserts, smoothies, bubble tea and other menu items according to Yogen Früz recipes and standards.
- Follow portioning, preparation and presentation standards consistently.
- Prepare ingredients, toppings and other products for service.
- Ensure products are fresh, properly stored and ready for customers.
- Maintain speed and accuracy during busy periods.

Store Operations
- Keep the front counter, customer area and workstations clean, organized and inviting throughout the day.
- Restock ingredients, toppings, cups, utensils and other supplies as needed.
- Maintain an organized and well-prepared service area.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene and food-safety procedures.
- Follow all store policies, procedures and operating standards.
- Help identify and report equipment, inventory or operational issues.

Opening & Closing
- Help prepare the store before opening so it is clean, stocked and ready to serve customers.
- Complete closing procedures accurately and thoroughly.
- Clean and sanitize machines, equipment, tools, counters and work areas.
- Properly store ingredients and supplies at the end of the day.
- Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned and ready for the next day's service.
- Complete assigned closing and cleaning duties without needing to be reminded.

Teamwork
- Work cooperatively with other Crew Members and management.
- Be willing to do whatever is needed to keep the store running smoothly.
- Step in to support teammates during busy periods.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with the team.
- Maintain a positive attitude even during busy or challenging shifts.




- Take responsibility for your work and help create a supportive team environment.

- Can work independently when required and knows how to stay productive without constant supervision.
- Previous food-service, retail or customer-service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
