We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Calgary team. If you are reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team workplace, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

- Provide friendly, efficient customer service at our order desk (walk-in, phone, and email)
- Work closely with our Sales team to help customers find the right products.
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented approach with every customer.

What You Bring:

- 1–2 years of customer service or order desk experience (construction supply experience is an asset).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with ERP systems is an asset.




- Team-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our location, as public transit options are limited.
