You will be responsible for the qualification of electrical, electronic, and software equipment for nuclear applications, ensuring compliance with Canadian CSA nuclear standards and project requirements.
Your Role
- You will manage and coordinate equipment qualification activities for electrical, electronic, and software systems intended for nuclear power plants.
- You will act as the technical point of contact for the client on CSA qualification and compliance matters.
- You will review qualification documentation and verify compliance with applicable CSA standards and project specifications.
- You will collaborate with international multidisciplinary teams on a nuclear project in Romania.
Your Duties
- Planning, reviewing, and managing qualification activities for electrical, electronic, and software equipment used in nuclear applications.
- Assessing technical documentation, qualification reports, test procedures, and evidence of compliance against applicable Canadian CSA nuclear standards .
- Supporting suppliers during the qualification process,
following up on technical documentation, testing, deviations, and qualification requirements.
- Interfacing directly with the client, suppliers, and project teams throughout the equipment qualification and validation lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in equipment qualification and documentation.
- Robust experience in the qualification of electrical, electronic, and/or software equipment for nuclear applications .
- Strong knowledge of Canadian CSA nuclear standards and related equipment qualification requirements; knowledge of additional nuclear standards and regulations is a plus.
- Good command of English ; knowledge of Italian is not required.
