We are a growing furniture distributor supplying furniture products to retail stores across Canada. We are currently looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Customer Care & Order Processing role.

The ideal candidate will have previous call center or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and be comfortable working with customers over the phone while handling orders, invoices, and basic reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing retail customers and maintain strong customer relationships
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with product, order, delivery, and account inquiries
- Create and process customer orders accurately
- Prepare and create customer invoices
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, availability, deliveries, and other requests
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Create basic reports using Microsoft Excel
- Enter and organize sales and customer data
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, accounting, and other departments to resolve customer concerns
- Provide qualified and timely customer service




- Perform general administrative and data-entry duties as required

Qualifications
- Previous call center, customer service, or customer relations experience is preferred
- Strong verbal communication and telephone skills
- Professional and confident when speaking with customers
- Good computer and data-entry skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable creating orders, invoices, and reports
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organized, and comfortable communicating with customers throughout the day. The right candidate should be able to build strong relationships with our retail customers while ensuring orders, invoices, and customer information are handled accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
