Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Supervisor, the Customer Experience Representative performs the following tasks:

- Act as the primary contact, for our three divisions, on products or services and process orders in an efficient and timely manner;
- Respond to customer requests such as return merchandise authorizations, delivery requests, out-of-stock items, pricing irregularities and notify the appropriate account manager;




- Promote our products and systems to potential or existing customers and be creative in how we display and merchandise the store.
- Guard against complacency and the status quo with existing procedures or work methods; communicate freely your ideas;
- Contributes to the team's efforts by carrying out any other task assigned by the Customer Experience Supervisor;

Requirements: To perform well, you must have:

- A high school diploma;
- at least two years in a position in direct comunication with clients by phone;
- A passion for customer service;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell/ cross-sell;
- Capacity to work independently and/ or as part of a team;
- General knowledge of MS Office;
- Effective organization skills;
- Adaptability, responsibility and flexibility;
- Manage the inventory and carry out the annual inventory
- Being able to write and understand written French
- A sense of ‘urgency’ combined with courtesy and open-mindedness.
