Are you great with customers, comfortable with sales, and interested in the Automotive Industry? Grandwest Enterprises is looking for a Customer Sales & Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers by phone, email, and at the sales counter
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and introduce customers to new product
- Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately
- Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure excellent service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Learn our product lines and stay current on new automotive accessories and applications

Qualifications

- Previous experience in automotive sales, parts, or service is required
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers
- Comfortable working with computers, order-entry systems, email, and phone-based sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Ability to understand technical products or services is a plus





Compensation Compensation is negotiable and will be based on the successful candidate’s experience, automotive knowledge, skill level, and overall qualifications.
