Customer Service Representative

Crown Pastries is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and package bakery products according to company standards
- Answer customer questions and assist with product selection
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
- Follow food safety, health & safety, and company policies
- Work effectively with team members and support daily store operations

Requirements:

- Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food Handler certification is an asset

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Location: Crown Pastries – London

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
