Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Update customers with timelines relating to parts orders and service work orders
- Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records, transactions, and service logs.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in customer service roles with robust communication skills in English.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, including handling difficult situations with professionalism.
