We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our front desk team. This role is ideal for a professional, reliable individual who wants a retail-style customer service role without late-night mall hours. We operate regular business hours, not late-night shifts.

About the Role

This is not a passive front desk position. You are the first point of contact for our clients and the critical link between the customer and our garment care team. You will be responsible for receiving garments, entering accurate data, noticing small details, and ensuring every item starts its care process properly.

- Compensation: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Job Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
- Location: In office in Vancouver, BC.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Greet clients in a professional, warm, and calm manner.
- Educate customers on garment care options, timelines, and service expectations.
- Communicate clearly when a garment requires special handling or extra time.
- Resolve concerns with patience, keeping the service experience organized and premium.

Garment Intake & Accuracy

- Inspect items carefully at drop-off for stains, damage, missing buttons, or delicate trims.
- Tag garments accurately using our digital tracking system.
- Enter detailed notes into the POS so the production team has exact information.
- Prioritize care for luxury, delicate, sentimental, or high-value garments.





Workflow & Coordination

- Process transactions and manage drop-offs/pick-ups seamlessly.
- Coordinate directly with the cleaning, pressing, tailoring, and operations teams.
- Maintain the front counter to ensure it looks clean, organized, and professional.

What We Are Looking For We welcome applicants with a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, luxury environments, or reception. Dry cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. We hire for mindset.
