Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that benefit the customer while supporting sales goals
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, respectful, and effective interactions
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement
- Support multilingual customers by providing bilingual assistance in English and Spanish as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles that require strong communication skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual proficiency in English
- Strong analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience with sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling strategies
