What You Will Be Doing

- Building strong relationships with policyholders by providing friendly, reliable, and professional service




- Acting as the first point of contact for policyholder questions about policies, billing, and claims
- Organizing and maintaining policyholder information and communications in detailed files
- Supporting the Sales Agent with administrative support throughout the sales cycle
- Participating in training and development activities related to insurance products, systems, and sales practices
- Observing and supporting Sales Agents to gain exposure to sales conversations and policyholder advisory practices
