We’re hiring: Customer Success Manager | Cybersuite X

Cybersuite X is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.

This is an important role for us. As our customer base continues to grow, we want to make sure we’re not simply focused on winning new customers. We’re equally focused on making sure our existing customers are successful, see ongoing value from the platform, and have a great experience working with us.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the customer relationship after implementation and become a trusted partner to the customers they support.

What you’ll be doing:

- Building strong relationships with property managers, condominium boards, developers and other customer stakeholders
- Driving adoption and helping customers get more value from the Cybersuite X platform
- Proactively monitoring customer health and identifying potential risks before they become problems
- Leading regular customer check-ins and business reviews
- Coordinating across Product, Service,



Implementation and Technical teams when customers need support
- Supporting renewals and helping drive robust customer retention
- Identifying opportunities to expand Cybersuite X into additional properties, modules or services
- Bringing customer feedback back into our organization to help influence how we continue to improve the platform

Who we’re looking for:

Ideally, you have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS, PropTech or another B2B technology environment.

You’re organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple customer relationships. You know how to build trust, navigate challenging conversations and get things done internally on behalf of your customers.

Experience in property management, real estate technology, smart buildings, security/access control or SaaS would be a definite asset.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with customers and takes ownership of their success.
