Duties

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using tools such as R, Python, SQL, and Oracle to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, and PowerPoint to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate within Agile project teams to deliver timely insights aligned with project milestones and business priorities.
- Design and optimize database structures using Microsoft SQL Server and database design principles to ensure efficient data retrieval.
- Conduct business analysis to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support project management efforts.
- Support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including testing, deployment, and maintenance of analytical solutions.




- Utilize VBA and Visio for process automation and workflow visualization to streamline reporting procedures.

Requirements

- Proven experience with data analysis skills including SQL querying, statistical methods, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, and VBA for developing reports and automating tasks.
- Strong understanding of database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle; experience with database design is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management practices, and SDLC processes.
- Knowledge of Bash (Unix shell) scripting for data processing tasks is desirable.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into clear insights for diverse audiences.
- Background in business analysis with experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
