Dayforce Configuration Consultants

We have multiple roles available for consultants with technical Dayforce configuration expertise in Advantages, WFM, Payroll and HR Core configuration requirements, respectively
Position Summary The Dayforce Configuration Consultant is responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and support of Dayforce Benefits modules and related integrations. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise in benefits administration, eligibility rules, rate setup, payroll mapping, enrollment logic, and vendor integrations.
Key Responsibilities
-Configure and maintain Dayforce Benefits plans, plan options, and enrollment
-Design and configure eligibility rules using qualifiers, logical operators, and dependenci
-Configure benefit plan option groups and ensure mutually exclusive elections
-Setup premium structures and rate tables based on employee demographics,
departments, locations, or other qualifiers
-Configure coverage effective dates, offsets, and event-based eligibility rules
-Perform data mapping and validation activities for benefits implementations and conversions
-Support benefits integrations with external vendors and third-party administrators
-Troubleshoot issues related to payroll deductions, eligibility, enrollment, and payroll mappings
-Conduct testing, validation, and issue resolution during implementation and support phases
-Collaborate with payroll, HR, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end solution accuracy
-Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience configuring Dayforce
