Pay: From CA$.20.50 per hour

Tempea Natural Foods is a fast-growing company, and we need a delivery driver to send our products across the Lower Mainland. We are looking for a responsible and self-driven delivery driver to join our team. Your main duty will be to deliver the products to our clients in a timely manner.
NOTE: Delivery is part of the job as you are required to conduct warehouse duties as needed.
You will be responsible for:
- Schedule daily routes for orders to be delivered
- Load tempeh and bento into the van for daily deliveries
- Delivering tempeh and bento in a fully equipped van and provide exceptional customer first service
- Operate the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road
- Maintaining delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness
- Assist in warehouse duties (receive deliveries, organize supplies, palletize orders for pick up, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Valid class 5 BC driver’s license (“N and Intl.” is not accepted) and a clean driver’s abstract
- Strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude
- The ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- The ability to use a smart phone and operate Google Maps
- Ability to use a pallet jack, a forklift
- must have flexible availability
- detail oriented and works well under pressure
- good knowledge of downtown Vancouver's driving routes
- great people skills, courteous and professional
- ability to problem solve and resolve any client concerns with delivery
- fluent in English
- two (2) years driving experience with a clean driving abstract
- must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Schedule:
- 6.5 -7 hour shift
- 6 days/week may be required
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond, BC V6L 1W1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Driving: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (required)
